Manufactured by L. Robar et Cie in Liege, Belgium from 1920 until the failure of the company in 1959. This model is basically the same throughout the production period, varying mostly in location and size of the grip safety. Originally madeĀ in .32 caliber, .22 long rifle was introduced later, followed by the .380 toward the end of the production. Many were exported to the U.S. as Meliors, and the trade name Mercury was used on those imported by Trade-Winds of Tacoma, Washington.
