FACTORY MAG
ORIGIN – GERMANY
CALIBER – .32 ACP
WEIGHT – 26 OZ.
OVERALL LENGTH – 6.25″
LENGTH OF MAGAZINE – 3.8″
First produced commercially in the mid 1930s, this pistol was used during WW II as a substitute German standard military pistol, primarily by the air forces. Quality deteriorated during the war. The “H” stands for hahn or hammer, indicating a self-cocking pistol. Similar to the Walther PP in takedown. This model was also made in .380 and .25 ACP, but these are comparatively rare. The .32 ACP was also made with an aluminum slide, weighing 19 oz., but this model is not often seen. A well designed and machined pistol with very advanced but simple double action features, including a thumb lever which permits raising and lowering the hammer without snapping the trigger. Production stopped at the end of WW II and the pistol was not revived commercially. This mag is an extended mag that sticks out from the bottom of the grip frame.
